what does it mean if a guy doesnt text back awhile after you send a text or that day?

i like this guy and we've been talking for a few days. i texted him one night saying heey, and got no repllyy. does this make him uninterestd or do you think something else could have been why?

Phone on charge. Did not hear text note or vibrate (he could have put the phone down). Might be out of credit. If he has not responded in a day...forget it.

What TTG said or sometimes even if your phone says "message sent".............maybe did'nt get through, so two things to do..................one......send another, then you'll know for sure, if not interested.....OR two...wait to see if he replies today.

Depends what time you sent it.

I rarely answer texts if it's late then I forget I received them in the morning.

I don't answer because I don't want to get involved in text tennis in the evenings...
