I was quite surprised that some teenagers wanted advice about anal sex with their G/Fs.

Channel 4 have a history of producing 'brave' seual issue programmes. Personally I believe that every schoolkid should see their 5 piece Sex Education series; also that one about Sex vs Porn (still haunted by that interview with several teen boys who didn't realise that ejaculation can occur in the vagina, simply because they'd never seen it in porn, this being their main source of sex education!).
However I think that this particular programme sends out the wrong signals, dealing more with the mechanics of 'how to' than the reason you would/should make love. I think kids are pressured enough to have sex, and all the various types of sex (you mention anal) without tv educational programmes showing it all as standard practice between casual relationships in the teen years.

My daughter didn't lose her virginity until she was 17....I can honestly say that anal or oral sex wouldn't have even been thought about, let alone acted upon.
You're speaking like all teenagers have sex and suddenly want to try everything straight away. I suspect most women here can vouch for the fact that doesn't happen. It takes quite a while for most people to feel comfortable...

when I was a teen it was always a small minority of these girls who used to have sex and get pregnant, my daughter is a teen and in her group its still pretty much a minority of girls, normally from unstable backrounds who are having sex early, drinking a lot and getting pregnant.
it doesnt mean all teenagers are like this, I certainly have not seen evidence that this is affecting the majority of teens.

One of the pieces of data which skews all the teenage pregnancy figures is the fact that all TPs are recorded, irrespective of circumstances. My niece was married (by choice and unpregnant) straight from school and had two children at age 18 and 19 - those are listed in the TP statistics. Those children were not only planned but wanted - not all TPs are either unplanned or planned out of boredom.
