anyone got a list or suggestions of an ideal daily menu??

i find it hard some of the diets offer strange and wonderfull foods that i cannot make or have on the go!!

but that aside....whats the ideal brekky lunch and dinner and snacks/ drinks xx

no such thing... but one that accomodates your lifestyle and personal tastes will be easier to stick to...
It may be easier to make a few small changes rather than to drastically overhaul what you are doing. What do you normally have for breakfast/lunch and dinner, what do you snack on during the day, what to normally have to drink, how much alcohol do you have on a daily basis and what exercise do you currently do? Then when you have got these answers, consider what foods you like or dislike and what fits in with your normal daily routine. For example, I love having my porridge for breakfast, but not everyone has time to cook that in the morning, so you may just need to make some simple food swaps to help you get on your way. As a very rough generalisation though, try to avoid as many pre-prepared foods as possible, and fill up on fresh fruit, vegetables and salad. Cut down on alcohol (just empty calories), increase the amount of exercise, swap sugar for sweeteners.
