What Can I Eat to Make Me Go???

Been going to Slimming World for a few months now and the weight loss is going well (2st so far), but for the last few weeks I find I am not going to the loo and weight loss has slowed down. Tummy is very bloated and I feel 'full' but I am not getting the urge! Any suggestions as to what I can eat to get things going again pse.......

No you can buy Movicol OTC but it is quite expensive.
Believe it or not for some people too much fibre can make it difficult to go to loo. Lactulose as I mentioned earlier helps without forcing things, google it and see if it might suit you.
A small strong espresso often does the trick
mayennaise, have you tried pears? Pears make me go, they are the one fruit that I just know - eat one, wait an hour, I'll be there...!
Maybe not for everybody but I find tomato juice helps. Also pineapple (tinned but unsweetened)

Thanks for your suggestions folks - tried most of what you have come up with but with no luck - beetroot did nothing except make my pee red! and I can't stand the smell, let alone the taste of liquorice.
Where you "going" alright before the diet?
Freshly picked elderberries make you go very well but sadly aren't out yet. But in a few eeks time if you're still suffering....
diabetic chocolate will make you go, big style
Oatbran sprinkled on other foods or made into oatcakes might help :-)

Hi I am on slimming world and go regularly more than i used to. When i used to get bunged up I would get some glycerine suppositries (sp) from boots the chemist and use as per instructions and they make me go within half an hour. Failing that look on the slimming world website and make the mushy pea curry that has worked for my friend. hope u manage to go so good luck.
i'm thinking of joining tomorrow, but didn't know whether to go to weight watchers as they have an offer on.

A few pints of fruit juice.
avoid bananas. use lactulose. effective but gentle. have similar issues with the WW diet, im assuming its because its low fat ?
cant believe noone mentioned ripe bananas-a sure fire winner-the riper the better,with cornflakes in the am
