slimming world...
1 Answers
ok, so my dietting has just left me at the exact same weight for months now - no matter what i try, nothing seems to shift me past this point..... i've just started a course of champix to try and give up smoking, and a lot of what i've read advises you to make sure you eat with the tablets as they'll cause nausea and other problems. also they've been making me feel a little light headed but that could also be because i haven't eaten very much the last couple of days (not on some kind of stupid starvation or anything, just been busy). I was thinking that slimming world might be a good idea because you eat lots of "solid" food on that, but i know they've changed it from the old red or green days now and i'm worried i'll get confused and therefore not stick to it. Longwinded way of asking, I know, but anyone got any advice or experience of the new slimming world ways? TIA xx

It's called extra easy. The difference between it and the old red/green days is you only get 1 healthy extra a and b and can therefore eat meat, fish etc with potatoes, rice ,pasta. It does work if like any other diet you stick to it. The website http://www.s limmingworld .com/ is very informative.
