Bednobs apparently they're meant to strengthen and tighten your core which gives you a small stomach and better posture so tilly2 is right.

Yes but couldn't you do that with an ordinary belt.

Well pilates works and so does Yoga. Pulling in your belly button towards your spine and holding it in will strengthen the muscles and you will look slimmer.

Core muscles humbersloop as in stomach, obliques and lower back.

I've checked youtube out already but wanted to hear peoples personal experiences.

I'm asking a question in the weightloss section about stomach vacuums which fyi you do by contracting and holding in the muscle so A- Doesn't need any "Devices" and B- Doesn't burn fat.
