to me , what is the fat and sugar content in Weight Watchers flamage frai ?Pack of 4. I eat quite a lot of these on my diet, but have difficulty in knowing what is good for me. I am cutting down on fats and sugars, and TBH not sure what the label description means in relation to fats and sugars.

If so, the information you require is on the Ocado website. (In each case scroll down to the table. The left-hand column shows the amount of fat and sugar in a single pot. The right-hand column shows the recommended daily intake for an adult):

I have read the sides of all the various yoghurts ad desserts and despair at the range of fats and sugars. Instead I have opted for total 0% yoghurt and add a tiny squirt of honey. Total 0% has no fa and no sugar but it is thick and delicious. Give it a go and if you don't like it you could cook with it and make the recipe on the side of the tub!
