Good afternoon everyone!
Last thread can be found here: http:// www.the answerb ank.co. uk/Body -and-So ul/Weig ht-Loss -and-Di eting/Q uestion 1468558 .html
I'm late again, but not as late as last time!
My weight-loss continues... slowly. Dropped below 90KG for the first time since before Christmas, which is obviously a knife-edge feeling as - while I am happy to be there, I will be slightly put off when I swing back up because of general fluctuations.
Still, these milestones feel good, right?
Last week there was some discussion as to how you can get important people in your life to get on board with your weight-loss (and stop feeding you so much!)
It seems difficult to get others on side, especially if they think "you're fine the way you are". I've always thought things like this could be explained (i.e. it not about what they think, it's what you feel), but not everyone agrees.
I am a bit worried about dipping below the 90, as the temptation for cake increases dramatically - after all, my clothes fit* again!
How do we avoid distraction on the way down? Thoughts very welcome.
Anyway, your turn to share!
All the best,
Ed

It is hard when the loosing slows down because you are used to these "wow losses" but as OG says you are going in the right direction and oh boy, your total loss up until now is fantastic.
Since you have been able to loose that much I've no doubt in my mind that you will be able to achieve your goal, which by the way is the same as mine. There are so many rewards at the end of the line and the best is the magical effect it has on our self esteem. You really will feel like a new person. You stick to it now and the next time a wobble comes over the horizon, come on here and we'll try to help.

Yet another blatant lie by the scales.
I know I didn't stay within target yesterday, somehow I was a whole 15% over (too much bread I think) but that should not have caused a jump up; stay the same maybe.
But apparently I put on 1.2 lbs over 24 hours, turning a drop of 0.6 lbs into a gain of 0.6 lbs >:-(
And I'm back on the higher stone value yet again.
