Good afternoon,
What do you get if you have two bank holidays in one month?
Heavier.
That's my experience anyway!
Last month's thread: http:// www.the answerb ank.co. uk/Body -and-So ul/Weig ht-Loss -and-Di eting/Q uestion 1489860 .html
Last month we were discussing the fact that the reported guidelines keep changing. For example, apparently eating fat doesn't make you fat?
Who knows. In one of the Terry Prachett books one of the Wizards only eat thin, long food as he believes it will make him thinner. We may as well follow this advice :)
Green beans all round then?

I guess the trick is to cut down on treats so they aren't many a day but first one, then one every few days, or whatever. And make a conscious decision to start shrinking portion a little until you are back on a healthy level once more.
But in your own time; it's your life.

Good words from OG . Diets are no good you just worry if you have eaten too much or not enough . Plan your meals for the week write everything down .we go for healthy eating . I lost my 2 stone on this .i do have a blip now and again but by writing everything down you will, see where you are going wrong . Xstitcher comes up,with some super recipes especially fish ones.
Good morning all
I'm down a bit over a pound so smiling is the expression of the day.
It's nice to see a new face Smowball. I can understand your mini rebellion with healthy eating. We all have it now and then but it's really best to reign it in before it takes over your life. Stay with us and we'll be more than happy to help you along the way.
We stay clear of the so called diets and stick to healthy eating. Read the labels on any packaged food, fill up on veggies with your meals. Google low fat recipes, watch out for high sugar content in fruits etc etc etc.
You said that you resigned 2 months ago. Have you been at home since then.....easy access to the kitchen hmmmm. Do you take any form for exercise......brisk walks etc. Theses are questions to answer to yourself.
