Afternoon!

Last month's thread: http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Body-and-Soul/Weight-Loss-and-Dieting/Question1538043.html

We're all losers here - looking at where the thread ended up!

Personally, I am slowly dropping weight, but have been off the running for a week after a bit of a tumble during a run! I survived, but it was fatal to my phone. Tragic, I am sure you'll agree. Who said running is good for you? :)

Cheers.
I'm with you there Ed.....what about brisk walking instead? Sorry that your poor phone took the fall so badly. The bright side is that you get to buy a new phone.
Thanks for our March spot.
Good morning all,

I stayed the same this week. After so many weeks of going down that's fine with me.
Almost forgot to note this. Weight the same today as yesterday; so up yet another 0.4 lbs over the week :-(
Well I returned to work on Monday, only doing part time hours at the mo as do not have any energy, won't know my weight loss for another 2 weeks but I know I am only consuming 400 calories tops a day! Its very difficult when your appetite is so restricted, don't like meat, potatoes or pasta anymore!!!
Hope ur ok ED?? Oh Islay that's not very much indeed. Surely you can't have any energy ? X
I don't smow, I'm hoping to increase it in the following weeks but its very difficult to fit food into such a restricted stomach.
Islay, have you tried the meal replacement drinks? They will have more calories in 2 lots that the 400 you are taking in. That is a very low amount. A friend was on these drinks and found them helpful until she could eat properly again.
You can get them on prescription.
Yes butterbun, to the point I sickened myself of them, have also tried drinking lactose free milk and taking protein powder in soups.
It is getting better every day - like today I managed 1/3 of a tin of tuna with some pepper and cucumber, also a petit filous yoghurt and some almonds.
0.4 lbs isn't very much OG.
Forgot to weigh but have been pretty good this week so here's hoping for a good result next week
Good Morning well success at last lost 2 lbs but that is over 2 weeks . Had a few salad meals but not too much as I can go off salad quite quickly if I have too much .
Of me too wend. Square cm of lettuce or a thin sliver of raw carrot and I've gone off it again for another few decades.

Wednesday again already ? Must go weigh myself I suppose.
I wrote "oh", I proofread it, and it still changed to "of" after posting >:-(
Due to another 0.8 lbs rise over the last 24 hours, I'm up yet again, 0.8 lbs over the week.
Good morning all, gosh I did weigh myself and then forgot to check in. Well nothing pleasant to report...a slight rise which I hope to get rid of by next week.
Had my official weigh in today, I have lost 71lbs since 2nd January, I am very happy but nurse is slightly concerned over my food intake, and should it be the same in 3 weeks she will be having a word with surgeon!
Well done.
Does she think it's too much or too little ?
Too little on average it's about 450 calories
