Cheers Ed.

I shall tackle the festive season as I do every year. Not go mad but accept it'll be a non-lean time. just a pity I'm not at a low point before we get there.
I’m having trouble getting onto the Dec thread...putting it on my home page I mean...bear with me.
Got here at last!

xstitcher Good morning all, down 2 lbs but seem to be yo yoing on this number. I have to weigh myself everyday now to make sure I don’t get liquid in my lungs again. I like it as it usually gives me a high to start the day. My scales and the hospital scales tally up.
well done xstitcher, my neighbour has to do that as well, only a few weeks ago he told me he has to weigh himself to be sure about the fluid thing, I thought he was having me on, good luck with the weight loss, it's going the right way and you have the hospital behind you now so it's a good incentive
Well done xstitcher .I know you will get there and take all the advice you are given from hospital Guess what ? Still the same but my outing yesterday has to catch up with me .
Hmmm.... up 0.2 lbs over the week.
Ho ho ho.....Good morning all, I’m down 1 pound. Are you trying to make room on the scales for those mince meat pies? I’m glad we can’t get temptations like that here. Still all the delicious adverts are making me feel very sorry for myself.
Hmmm.... up 0.2 lbs over the week.

Well done x.
Lost a day I think . But still the same .
Thanks for the info ducksie. Its nice to know that Im NOT the only one weighing water!
Slow month for me only lost 1/2 stone this last month!
But I am looking forward to my seafood for Christmas day and the protein rich snacks that I will be having to nibble on.
Good morning all, down but only modestly which hopefully means I’m not retaining water any more. I’m so looking forward to my Christmas dinner. I’ll be on turkey from Christmas until New Year’s Day but hopefully I can reign myself in from pigging out. : - ]

May I wish you one and all a very Merry Christmas
Ugh.... up 0.4 lbs over the week.
completely forgot .merry xmas OG .
To you and everyone else too. Thanks.

Xmas may well be merry, the new year weighing may be less so ;-)
Good morning and seasons greetings to you all. The turkey was/is very good and the stuffing to die for. I haven’t held back but just don’t want to eat as much as before. I’m down 2.5 pounds since last week which is amazing. That brings me to a grand total of 16.7 kilos or approx 33 pounds. I’ll soon be at my goal. Granted we don’t have any of the fattening nibbles in the house that accompany Christmas. My will power would disappear if we did.
Have a very happy and healthy New Year and stay with us.
How are you lot making out? Thank you for your faithful meeting up here every Wednesday and your support.
Amazing. Well done.

No opportunity to check now so I'm assuming I'm down a few stone, but it's possible I'm wrong. Unlikely to be able to check next Wednesday either.
well done xstitcher . I am afraid I have not had the will power to say no . But I will get back on track in the new year .A merry xmas and a happy new year and to the ED too for keeping our thread going.
Yes Wendille, cheers to a really good Ed!

5lb off over christmas week - which I am very happy with!
