Good morning all, Jenny Joan I go to rehab training twice a week and on the other days take a walk along our local beach. I’m definitely not dormant but neither am I burning up calories by the hundreds. My weight loss can be attributed to sensible, healthy eating with food ideas made up between a dietician and myself and a will of iron if I say so myself and a good sprinkling of exercise and walking.
The wardrobe rewards of loosing the amount of weight I have are enormous and since I love clothes they keep me on the straight and narrow. Although I hid it I was so unhappy with my overweight. It was the first thing I thought of in the morning and the last thing I thought of at night. When I finally was able to admit to myself that although I love being on onwards and downwards it wasn’t helping me anymore, and sought professional help, things started going the right way and I haven’t looked back.
