What I did when we lived in Spain was start out with 5 lengths keep it there for 3 or 4 days and then add three more every other day. I’d vary each length from breast stroke to back stroke. If I felt tired I’d just tread water for a while. I just loved it. I should add that our pool was not as long as yours probably is. Keep up the good work.
Good morning all, hmmm up one pound an no surprise. We had a lovely lunch with an old friend at his and I didn’t hold back. He is very creative and his table was so festive. We were served 3 courses, the main being a game pie.....mouth watering. It’s back to the rule book today.
I wish you all a very MERRY CHRISTMAS. They say that we just might get snow Christmas Eve. I’ll believe it when I see it.
