All fresh fruit, veg, and lean meat and fish. The only junk was two large bottles of Pepsi max and cinnamon and raisin bagels which I have for lunch sometimes if I want something a little sweeter My subconscious doesn't agree with me.
I understand you Rowan. We aren’t dogs that can eat the same thing every day. I have my diet cola 3 times a year, my birthday, Christmas and Easter . In between I have fridge cold water, with ice in the summer and fizzy water for a treat. You can add a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint to that just to make it look good. You could also say...ok I’ll have my bagel treat on Sunday....or any day that suits you. It gives you something to look forward to. You are doing so well and deserve so many “atta girl” pats on the back. Here’s the place to come for support and understanding.
