Becoming aware of the excess around my middle recently. (Not helped when some show their love by handing over bowls of so much full fat ice-cream we finished the container in one go ! Can hardly refuse.) Wish I had an easy answer, especially when not under full control of what we eat and when.

Thinking of you today xstitcher. I know that you will get back to your healthy eating .You are not going to undo all the good work you have done and you are the one that started this threads a few years ago ,Some come some go but a few come back .

Cloverjo I definitely second what Wendilla says. Not weighing yourself is not a good idea. It’s best to get it over and face the facts. When you get your food planned you’ll be surprised at the results but you won’t be able to see them anywhere but on the scales in the beginning so come on girl....up you get.
