Last month's thread is here.

We have experienced blistering heats and flash flood rain, which can affect our meal plans. Have you managed to keep on track?

Cheers SpEd. Must have been roughly on track as although I've not lost, I haven't gained either.
Thanks Ed. And our ever faithful OG.
Hi folks, here we go again. Now have an exercise buddy so walking more. She is coming to the gym too although at 73 she doesn't do too much yet my role is to stop her going too mad too soon
I've not mentioned it on here till now but this year I've lost 10lb. It may not seem a lot but I don't set any targets. I don't do gymns or execises. I play golf a couple of times a week and keep myself busy round the house whilst not over-indulging with the food. If I lose 1/2lb in a week, then I'm happy. But like OG, as long as it doesn't go up, then fine.
Thats great, and probably a good way to do it... Busy works for me too If I am doing stuff that interests me food doesn't cross my mind
Well done 10.

Had a quick weigh this morning as I'm not going to be near scales for a while. Good to see I'm fractionally down on last week's figure. (Unsure that the mirror admits to it though.)
Good afternoon all,
I had so many errands this morning but I didn’t forget you. I’m going down in weight and my meals are getting back to normal. I’m still so glad that I threw out that cake!
Hope that you are all doing well; if not pls let us know and we’ll see if we can help.
A day late but better late than never .Another stay the same but that is ok .As 10 clarion says better than going up .well done Rowan to help your friend .You know how to do it xstitcher you will get there and og say no more .
Hi everyone.
Down another 4 pound this week. That might or might not have been helped by having a bug that stopped me keeping any food or liquid down for two days, but I’ll take that anyway. Onwards...
That’s what I call a freebie CloverJo but not a very nice way to get it!
Up, more than I wish to admit to. Probably all from yesterday looking at the sum of stuff I had then. How can a pub serve a burger meal that they admit on their website contains more kilocalories and saturated fat by itself than one aims to consume in a whole day ? And how is it that earlier a partner can cut a dessert ice cream (which I think must be meant to serve 5,000) into two and hand one half to someone in a bowl, having the other half herself ? Not a particularly happy bunny this morning.
Good morning all, next question OG is why does one allow oneself to eat all this......have been asking myself this same question for the past two days....care to join me on the naughty step?
Pulled back a bit this morning. Nowhere near enough though.

Some food is given to one and it'd be beyond rude to reject it. Other are pmeals out that are found to have near unbelievable nutritional figures when one checks later. As for other days, I'm not sure. A combination of having what someone else has lovingly chosen and prepared, and irregular feeding times so one goes looking for stuff between meals, I reckon.

As for the naughty step, hmmm.... I guess so.
...MEALS...
And I will join you on the naughty step too . Blame this changeable weather . Having too much cooling drinks on the hot days and too much cakes from the days it has been too hot to eat them . My answer to that is don't buy them . I don't they just creep in there when I am not looking "
My partner did a mans drive yesterday (not his job but if he has the tools and time he'll do it) and the oldboy paid him in biscuits! :-)
so is that an excuse to help eat the biscuits ummmm
A smidgen up. Hopefully it'll be gone again by tomorrow.

Biscuits don't need excuses, but a mug of tea or coffee helps.
Good morning all, seems like I’m just coasting hmmmmm
:-( Another two smidgens up this morning.
