You don't have to exercise in the mornings - you can do it any time. Maybe find a routine that fits exercise in to something else. If you regularly drive or catch a bus, try walking there instead. If you usually walk, walk faster.
Find a friend and go walking/running/swimming together.
Local councils often have very cheap deals for those on benefits to use their gyms and swimming pools.
Look on Freecycle or Facebook for a free static bike - use it while watching tv.
Think about taking up a sport - walking football is popular and good for those who aren't fit; martial arts; dance; anything that gets you moving more and you enjoy.
My local council runs outdoor exercise classes in the local park - free and anyone can join in. See if your council does something similar.
Fix the 'why' in your head - your reason for wanting to exercise. Do you want to lose weight, get fitter, be able to do more? If you don't know why you should be doing it, you simply won't bother. Set achievable goals - you don't want to run a marathon or lose 6 stone, that is too much to contemplate. You want to run twice as far as you can run now; lose 5% of your body weight or two inches of your waist.
