I’ve been struggling for some time now to wake up every morning and exercise. I can’t seem to motivate myself. I’ve watched many YouTube videos about exercising, motivation, rewarding, but so far nothing has happened. I’m not sure what I’m lacking. Or why I don’t have the push/motivation!

You don't have to exercise in the mornings - you can do it any time. Maybe find a routine that fits exercise in to something else. If you regularly drive or catch a bus, try walking there instead. walking is good exercise, do you have time to take a long walk in the morning, if working can you walk to work or is it too far.

@emmie, at the moment I’m temporarily unemployed. So I like to use my time off losing weight and exercising, but I lack motivation.
If you have a family do it for them. You'll feel better after exercise and that will make them happier and you'll be more likely to go out to look for a job.
its the time of year, it's dark till late and dark early in the evenings, could you join a gym perhaps, or the local YMCA if you have one nearby, they do good sport activities.
you just posted the same question from the OP ^^

Find a friend and go walking/running/swimming together.
Local councils often have very cheap deals for those on benefits to use their gyms and swimming pools.
Look on Freecycle or Facebook for a free static bike - use it while watching tv.
Think about taking up a sport - walking football is popular and good for those who aren't fit; martial arts; dance; anything that gets you moving more and you enjoy.
My local council runs outdoor exercise classes in the local park - free and anyone can join in. See if your council does something similar.

Fix the 'why' in your head - your reason for wanting to exercise. Do you want to lose weight, get fitter, be able to do more? If you don't know why you should be doing it, you simply won't bother. Set achievable goals - you don't want to run a marathon or lose 6 stone, that is too much to contemplate. You want to run twice as far as you can run now; lose 5% of your body weight or two inches of your waist.
Here's a suggestion, stop watching YouTube and start doing instead.
You never know, it may just work.
If your not motivated in the morning try other times. There is no way I could exercise in the morning. I've always been a night bird. And there are better ways to get fit than boring gyms and exercises. Do what you enjoy.
Your answer lies in 'The 2 minute rule'. Put your trainers and kit on.
Try standing naked in front of a full length mirror.
