Well done excel - my OH was gutted several years ago, when he had to stop giving blood due to having high blood pressure, he had progressed to giving platelets and had given many donations. x

i did do platelet donations for a short while Ann, they classed the sessions as 'double donation'' but then they stopped that mobile wagon, and the only place to continue platelet donations is now too far away for me

I'm making too many platelets and so have to take an oral chemotherapy tablet every day to kill them! Perhaps I could just give them away??!!!
