Reusing a Company name

If the Company Name I wish to use for a new compnay is showing as 'Dissolved' by Companies House, does that mean I can apply to re-use the same name?

Names can be re-used, though it would be better to slightly amend. E.g. adding/deleting "The" from the title or abbreviating to "Ltd" rather than "Limited" etc.
