I've been reported for bullying at work, what can I do?

There is loads of advise out there if You are being bullied but not for the innocent party who has been accused?
What rights do I have?

I would suggest either speaking to a union rep or failing that posting the question on the Law section...

I take it that the report has been done by the recognised grievence route? To your HR dept., if it hasn't, it is unofficial and you yourself should make a grievance statement to your superior and hr department stating that you feel you have been unfairly treated in the workplace.

If it has been done by the recognised grievance route there has to be ab unvestigatory interview done before any disciplinary process cxan formally commence.
Firstly you should stop bullying, then you should apologise to the victim then you should seek professional help for your behaviour.
