1st year of trading

Registered as self employed on Jan 1st 07, when will my first years accounts have to be submitted by and when will my first tax bill be due?

Also, do I have to put each set of material receipts with the invoice for the job they were purchased for, or ,do I just lump them all together for the years materials cost and deduct it from my invoice totals.
