I am looking for a template for a writen warning for "no call no show". Any ideas

Well done Maypole- I think I understand carrianne123's question now. I thought she wanted some sort of warning sign to put up. I realise now she wants some text template to use for giving an employee a warning for not turnin up for work and not calling in to say he/she would be absent. If I'm more inclined to respond to questions where the poster has taken care to set out a clearly worded question.

There is no particular reason to have different template for different reasons. A 1st (2nd) (Final) written warning are three templates that could be all very similar apart from the heading. All of them are likely to include a final sentence along the lines "Failure to improve your performance in the area described above is likely to need to further disciplinary action which may eventually lead to your dismissal".
The specific issue (failure to call in when sick) must be a company rule - often it is put in the Employees Handbook.
