Creativity in the workplace

Can anyone define creativity and innovation within a bussness and why they are essential ?

Without creative/innovative people everyone would just copy everyone else's homework and there maybe no new ideas.
Imagine what would happen if there was no creativity and no innovation in business?
Would we have computers, new products, improved efficiency, etc, etc? Could we compete with foreign companies who are creative/innovative?
What course are you doing? I am sure this question has been asked before on AB. I bet if you google it (but make sure you spell business correctly!) you'll find it's been asked before in several places
