Ah, clearly a homework question set by someone of the opinion that Information Systems rule the world (or at least, all organisations).
Never forget, o reader, that competitive strategy comes first, information systems are merely there to support managers in delivering the strategy. To suggest it is the other way around is complete ******** and is the basis behind the belief that 'Computer says no".
