I work for a manufacture that supplies vitamins and pills to well known high street shops. I came across out of date ingredients some are up to 2-3 years out of date. These ingredients are still being used in products. Can this not be damaging to peoples health ?
Not really a business question, more of an ethical one. Whilst you obviously have a 'conscience' problem with your discovery, it's paying for your wages. Good luck with finding an answer.
I will look for an alternative category Reason i ask is i know of family and a few friends that buy this product. I personally would not buy vitamins even before this discovery.
I asked my supervisor when i came across out of date ingredients, he told me " we don't throw anything away " With this he went off, created a new sell by date and reapplied it to the product.
Yes i have a conscience, whats more important, my wages or peoples health ?
