Free money!

Sorry, I'm not giving it away - I'm trying to find some! I'm trying to find out whether I can get some money to help my son get through college in the USA. He has a partial sports scholarship (with the potential for it to become a full scholarship if he does well) but I still need to find some funds to help with tuition. He could get an international student loan, but with a US co-signer, which is proving difficult. I'm sure there is money somewhere that has been put aside waiting for people to claim it for reasonable activities. I just don't know where to find it. I'll bet there's a few people out there who'd also like to know the answer to this question so if anyone has any clue, please let us know! BTW, he's not averse to working for his money, so if anyone also has any good fundraising ideas, please let me know those too. Thanks in advance.

My son had a full sports scholarship covering his tuition, food and board, but he still needed some pockey money and we had to pay £800 every six months to fly him home too. He went on to do a Masters, and managed to get a student loan to pay the fees due to the length of time he had been living in the US.
