A friend has a complaint about Bradford and Bingley - now that it has been taken over by Santander where should he address it to?

Santander if it's a bank account. Mortgages still go under BB I recall

It went bust in 2008. Only the branch network and deposit accounts were sold by the Government to Abbey (who were part of Santander, and since then the whole lot has been rebranded as S).
Doubt that S will have any interest, let alone any responsibility.

Does the complaint relate to something before Santander took over?

Erm, did the friend not complain when it was still B&B, four years ago..?

It is mortgage related and for what ever reason he didn't complain before. I have a feeling that he is going to jump on the MPPI band wagon
