Barclays PIN Sentry Reader

I have just been trying to log into Barclays with my Pin Sentry Reader and got a message that the battery is low,has anyone else had this problem and do you know what I am meant to do? when I eventually found somewhere on their website to email with a question it asked me to log in first with the card ,but of course I can,t do that can I

I have not had chance to phone them yet, my local branch was closed a long time ago but as I am going out later I will take it with me and find another branch if I can , and the log on without PIN needs a password which I didn,t set up
the battery number is on the back so I will make a note of that too

I didn,t get anywhere with the bank but I did manage to buy a tiny screw driver and the correct batteries all from Maplins,it is such a tiny screw so I had to be very careful not to drop it and loose it,I was also quite surprised just how much the batteries cost as they were only one per card not a whole strip like watch batteries , I didn,t know that I would need 4 of them !
