Hi,
If two people are jointly buying a house, which with all the usual fees and other costs totals £217,167.36, if person A puts in £140,000.00 and person B puts in the rest - £77,167.36 in percentage terms what is each putting in?
Thanks

140,000.00 / 217,167.36 x 100 = 64.47%
77,167.36 / 217,167.36 x 100 = 35.53%

Roughly 66% and 33%
contribution divided by £217,167.36
65 and 35
140,000.00 / 217,167.36 x 100 = 64.47%
77,167.36 / 217,167.36 x 100 = 35.53%
