Ok so I know where to go to change my coins into notes but where (if even possible) can I take notes to be changed into 1p 2p 5p coins?

Your own bank will do it for free. Others may want to charge you, depending how much you want to change. Post Offices used to display a sign that read, "No Change Given". (!) The signs are no longer there, but the restriction might still apply.

Depends on who you bank with. Try your own bank, or you can ask at your local Post Office, they may do it for you.
No problem, just go to your own bank and you wont get charged a fee. Go to another bank and you might do.
