I borrowed a small loan from Sainsburys a cuppla years ago. I can't find the paperwork but was able to ring them - gave them amount I pay from account,
name and address and dob - and the number of the Agreement. Also they wanted Nectar number - I am cracking up here. Still they can't give the the balance of the loan which is all I want.

I cut myself off there. What next - he said writing to them - now - will they gave me the balance in writing. If he couldnb't have given me the balance on the phone - why have a bloody phone in the first place.

Hard work at times isn't it - is the Nectar card not in your purse or something?

have the nectar card number and agreement no of the loan - I gave him every single answer to security. there are opened to morrow 10 to 2. Think another number will do the trick.
