Rebuilding Credit

I was refused a credit rebuilding credit card..

Managed to get a sim card for £8 a month- not alot but hopefully a start to rebuilding my file?

There are two accounts opened using my middle name & surname NOT BY ME but i know who it was. Ive asked the person to pay off and close them - there has been a few late payments on them.

Can i "disassociate" with these files on my credit report???

There are THREE.. "CIFAS" on my file all NOT me x

some info here. You have to raise a dispute about the information. Given that you know whodunnit, you may have to give that information too.

no, you can't - ostensibly they are opened by you. If someone has commited fraud, you should report them to the police/the lenders. Then you would be in a better poistion to disassociate yourself
