i have rented my property and i did inform the council by letter ididnt hear anything untill about two montsh i was told i have been taken to court and they are persuing a abankruptcy order for the moiney
i toldthen the property is rented out over three years, i went awya and came back from holiday and the court has ruled in the councils favour.
i am now trying to get another hearing which i have paid �60 for so that they can hear miy side of the story and i shall take my tenancy aghrement that was given to the tenants, can any one tell me if i have a chance of getting this oder over turned

Its hard to make out exactly what you are talking about. Is this a house you own and have let? And you assumed that you had notified the council of a new occupant as you had rented the property out for 3 years.
