Me and my wife is divorcing, now she wants to stop working and say that I will have to look after her. We have 1 son and she has another nearly 14. We are selling our house and paying off all the debts, when finished there will be about �4000 left. I told her she could have all the furniture and all the money and i will pick my son up after school untill she comes home but she want more. I also will pay her 15% maintenance. What should i do? Run

I think the offer you are making is reasonable. I would of course advise you speak with your solicitor to be absolutely sure. Also check out the CSA website to calculate the amount you should be paying for your son.

What more is she wanting? Finance or your contact with your son?
