I have an account with the Halifax, my boss banks with HSBC and they put my wages on their systemon the 25th to reach my accont on the 28th of the month, the wages did not show up on my account on the 28th and Halifax paid my DD's out over the weekend thus incurring an unauthorised overdraft and bank charges at 30 per DD who is responsible for the bank charges as i feel that i have been unfairly treated by the HSBC and the Halifax.
Any help or advice please

Most companies pay a day early in these circumstances, though I'm not sure they are obliged to.
