can anyone help? ive been in an iva now for 12 months.
i recieved a letter asking for 6 months pay slips, and i now have to pay an extra �50 pm and pay back what ive earnt extra over the past 6 months. because ive done alot of over time surely it should be based on basic pay.

No - you are supposed to inform them of any and all extra income.
Speak to your IVA supervisor - they will answer any questions you have. They are paid very well for doing so. MAke them earn the money you are paying them.
Check your agreement I am in an IVA and I have to pay 50% of any overtime I get. I just inform them of any extra money send a copy of my wage slip with a cheque for half the amount.
