Debit Card Payment

I made a debit card payment instore on the 6th January and at one point I did seem like the payment was coming out of my acccount, but now it is not even showing as pending - should is just count my self lucky or will the payment inventually come out - dont know if anyone else had this problem

Personally I'd just sit tight and see what happens,if the shop doesn't want it's money that's up to them. But I'm not sure of the legalities.

I had the same thing happen but with goods I ordered online, the transaction showed up as pending for a couple of days, then disappeared only for the amount to be taken days later when I had forgotten about them, thinking they had been taken. So it is hard to say really.
