Legally I've no idea. If the purpose is to hide money from your creditors then i suspect not

In practice the PO makes only identity checks, not credit checks, so there shouldn't be a problem opening an account in that sense.

And you need to make up your mind what you mean by a 'post office account' - there are several with similar names .

Who is iva? Is she your wife? If so you would need her permission and she would need to provide documents to prove her identitiy and address. Take iva into a post office and find out.
