There were rumours a while back that good credit customers were being got shot of because they weren't making the bank as much money as defaulters who incur charges.
Yes, they can. Look at the terms and conditions - in every case they reserve that right.
Happened to me and I had to ask for title deeds of property back...it was a secured overdraft
