Hello
Just want your opinions please ?
I have just been told by my bank that the valuation they did 3 years ago for my mortgage was never paid by my branch to the valuers! As far as I was concerned the bank sorted and paid it! Now 3 years later they want me to pay the 500. I see it as the Bank fault that they forgot to pay it and debit my account (the bill is in their names).
Any Thoughts?

pass the bill on to Gordon Brown, he's the one thats just squandered billions upon billions of our cash keeping them (the fat cat bankers) in champagne and caviar, ask yourself why, this cheap, lying pickpocket has never had a proper job, so where does he look to secure a gold plated future, no prizes for the right answer, what ever happened to the law of treason against the state?
Seems simple to me in legal (and moral) terms- the bill is outstanding and you owe the money. If you discovered someone had forgotten to pay you some money 3 years ago you'd want it wouldn't you?

However there's no harm in complaining and offering to pay in instalments of a week over 10 years, or ask whether if you pay 200 they'd call it quits.
