Child Benefit Query

Could someone please tell me if you are receiving child tax credits and working tax credits, do you still get child benefit? Does everyone get child benefit payments?

in a word.. yes! (if you're in the UK and fit the usual criteria)

it doesn't replace Child Benefit so you will still get it.

Not everyone gets child benefit payments.

Everyone who has at least one child, under a certain age, living with them will get child benefit. It is not means tested and would be paid even to millionaires if they claimed it.
