Any financial help?
2 Answers
My father, who is 63, had a heart attack last august and was taken to hospital but refused to stay in so he discharged himself. He has, however, since been back and is being seen by the cardiologist who are running the relevent test.
3 days before christmas the DVLA revoked his HGV licence and possibly his normal driving licence. As the main wage earner and it has taken a financial blow to both my mother and father who still have a mortgage to pay. My mother retired but has had to go back to work full time but is only earning a third of what my father would be getting. Is there any financial assistance from them anywhere??? Please help x

is a great place to find out what your parents are entitled to.
It is completely anonymous( you just enter your financial details, but no name, address etc).
It then tells you what(and how much) your parents should get.
It doesn't apply for the benefits for you,but it DOES at least let you know what to apply for.
Good Luck.
