Agreed. On my A&L online account there are 4 different balance figures quoted! Called something like available balance, current balance, running balance, balance available for withdrawal. Very confusing

Is that what it WAS at the end of the day or WILL BE at the end of the day?

I'm not really trying to be picky - just pointing out that there are different meanings and that the bank's may not coincide with yours. You can usually work out what's going on though - sometimes with difficulty.

Yep I'm with A & L and it bothers me why they just can't tell you what yer balance is. I was with Natwest but left them 12 moon ago and am happy with A & L 'cept for this "balance" issue. Natwest could do it and they are .............so why can't A & L
