Hello,
Do credit agreements have to be signed by the company who you are obtaining the credit with, i had a loan in 2006 where the company had signed the agreement but a new agreement I have from them is not signed by them. What does this mean?? Thanks

No doubt some company will tell you that for a small up front fee they may be able to get the debts written off, but in reality it is very unlikely that the loan agreement doesn't comply with the CCA.
