The clause is for 12 months from now.... any ideas?
my kids mortgages have gone down....so it must like that?
If you are seeking a figure for the next 12 months I would suggest somewhere between -0.5% and +2%. Beyond that no-one can be sure but there is an expectation inflation rate will rise- maybe to 5% or more due to quantitative easing in a year or two. If you want historical data this site goes back to 1947!http://www.statistics.gov.uk/cci/nugget.asp?ID =21
