If your house id freehold will this increase the value of the house when you sell it? Can anyone help please

As a general rule I would say yes they are more valuable,but if it was leasehold it would all depend on how long the lease is.

Many thanks I was told it it can add 10K to the price of your house but I did not know if that was true
