How many tax code notices have you received?

So far I've been sent 14 separate tax code notices for 2010/11 with various tax codes on them, some right, some wrong. Can anyone beat that? Two of them were for a company where I worked for just 1 week in 2008 and then left. Needless to say, they've all been sent in separate envelopes.

Sounds like this might be a huge problem. I have received several, some even sent out on the same day and my husband (retired) has also received several.

You might not have changed Hopkirk,
Not everyone gets a notice of coding each year. It depends on what allowances and reliefs you are claiming and whether these tend to change from year to year. If the only changes are the increase of allowances in the Budget or any change in the tax rates, your employer or pension provider will include these automatically in your wages or pension and you won't get a notice of coding.

its because of the new PAYE system installed a while ago this is the 1st year that it has had to issue new tax codes and it went a bit wrong
