7 Answers
I have not lived with my husband for a year now, and i have always paid the bills in are relationship incuding the mortgage.
He is willing to sign the house over to me!
How can i do this and will it cost alot of money?
With the house prices down at the min and my fixed rate mortgage is over, i am just paying a base rate mortgage as they wont give me one!
any reply is appreciated thanks

They are fairly likely to be unwilling to remove a name from a mortgage because it inevtably increases their risk.
If they are willing to have him removed then it will require legal work and associated bills. There was a thread on this as recently as Friday but I think it was suggested several hundred pounds would be the cost.
