Claiming back unpaid salary after company went into administration
4 Answers
Hi - the company I have been working for went into administration this week. I have been told that I stand to lose about a week's salary between the date I last got paid and the date the administrators took over. I understand that this can be claimed back from the government. Could anyone advise how I go about this and which form I need to fill in. Many thanks

remember that in effect your contract has been breached by not getting paid for days worked, so if and when its suits you dont bother with notice period
they will give you the necessary claim forms but by the time you get the money it will seem like a bonus
remember administrators are parasitical and couldnt care less about you
with fees of around £400 per man hour why should they act in the best interests of creditors when they can drag things out for as long as possible?
