Details of an old loan

I took out a loan with the A & L over 8 years ago and i can not find any details about it if i contact them are they obliged to supply me with them as it as been fully paid up for some time

If you ask nicely they might help you out.
If you get your statutory credit report from Experian or Equifax (£2) that will have details of the loan and repayments. I guess it depends on what you need it for as to whether that will be enough. If you ask A&L for a copies of paperwork they may well charge you for it.
